Apala Group joins E&C Group through acquisition, expanding reach across global energy and sustainability markets
San Francisco, 03/02/2026. Apala Group, a global energy procurement and sustainability advisory services firm headquartered in California, has announced its acquisition by E&C Group, a leading energy data and procurement consultancy firm headquartered in Belgium and Canada. Building on a strategic partnership launched one year ago to expand energy consulting services in the Asia Pacific, the combined entity will leverage Apala’s established expertise across Asia Pacific, Latin American, Caribbean and US markets, alongside E&C’s global operations rooted in Europe, North America and Asia, to deliver more comprehensive energy and sustainability solutions worldwide.

Following the acquisition, Apala Group's services on clean energy procurement, climate and sustainability, and advisory will incorporate into the E&C Group, transitioning to Apala by E&C, where Orrin Cook will be appointed Managing Director.
