3A. ACQUISITIONS AND BUSINESS TRANSFERS
Change of Ownership (Updated March 2026)
In March 2026, E&C Group acquired Apala Group, a US-based energy consultancy. As a result:
Data Transfer and Processing:
Personal data collected by Apala Group may be transferred to and processed by E&C Group for the purposes of providing services, sending marketing communications (if you've opted in), and managing customer relationships.
Notification and Choice:
Apala Group contacts will receive notification of this change and will have the opportunity to opt out of continued communications.
